Do you have discounts for NPO’s & startups?

Yes we are proud to help support not for profits and startups. Get in touch and we can chat about how we can help.

What social media platforms do you manage?

Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn seem to be the most requested but we can also consider other platforms.

Can we approve, comment & amend posts?

Our client post approval system allows you to see draft posts and approve, comment or request a rework before they are published. Our mobile app means you can approve on the go.

How often will you post?

Our social media management packages have different maximum monthly post amounts. The reason being, some content takes longer to prepare and we want to ensure all content posted is relevant and not just to reach a quota.

Who manages our accounts?

We do but any periods of absence will be planned for in advance and content prepared and approved prior to any holiday or substantial absence. For any unplanned absences, we ensure any outstanding work is outsourced to a reliable interim provider to maintain consistency in service.

Can you attend our events?

Whether you need video lives, tweets using branded hashtags, attendee post retweets or mobile photos to use for content, we can help. Event attendance is included in ‘Plus’ & ‘Premium’ management packages but can be added as an extra to other packages, or offered as a stand-alone service.

How does the payment process work?

We offer a variety of payment methods. Management clients have the option to sign up to our automatic monthly standing order payment process, saving time and hassle.

What’s your management cancellation process?

There’s an initial minimum term of three months to allow a working relationship to get established. After this either party are on one month or two months’ notice, dependant on package.

We can get so caught up in servicing our clients that we can forget our own business milestones.

Well, today I am spoiling myself and giving my business a little pat on the back.Two years ago today I leapt nervously but excitedly into the world of self-employment and I am so proud I did what felt right to me.

I had people worried for my financial wellbeing, trying to discourage me, warn me off but I followed my gut and went for it.

It’s been another rollercoaster year with some really hard personal experiences to cope with alongside running the business, but I’ve never stopped believing in myself and my passion to help my clients.

I recently had someone come up to me and ask if I was still in business because they didn’t see me all over Facebook anymore and I am so proud of my reply that I thought my clients would prefer me to be posting content for them than my own.

But just in case you also think I might no longer be in business, I am, and I’m very happy to say that too and if you are interested I have put together this little infographic of some of my achievements over the last two years.
