What social media platforms do you manage?
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn seem to be the most requested but we can also consider other platforms.
Can we approve, comment & amend posts?
Our client post approval system allows you to see draft posts and approve, comment or request a rework before they are published. Our mobile app means you can approve on the go.
How often will you post?
Our social media management packages have different maximum monthly post amounts. The reason being, some content takes longer to prepare and we want to ensure all content posted is relevant and not just to reach a quota.
Who manages our accounts?
We do but like any sole trader, any periods of absence will be planned for in advance and content prepared and approved prior to any holiday or substantial absence. For unplanned absence we ensure that any outstanding work is outsourced to a reliable interim provider to maintain consistency in service.
Can you attend our events?
Whether you need video lives, tweets using a branded hashtag, attendee post retweets or mobile photos to use for content, we can help. Event attendance is included in the Plus and Premium management packages but can be added as an extra to other packages, or offered as a stand-alone service.
How does the payment process work?
We offer a variety of payment methods to suit. Our management clients have the option to sign up to our monthly recurring subscription payment method which saves you administration time as it’s automatic each month and can be connected to your credit/debit card or PayPal account.
What’s your management cancellation process?
There is an initial minimum term of three months to allow the working relationship to get established and after this either party are on one month or two months’ notice.
