So no excuses now as here are eight dates to get you all fired up. With each one think about how it might be relevant to your business, your clients and the problem that you are solving with your product or service.

3 FEB - TIME TO TALK DAY ????
#TimetoTalkDay is devoted to talking about mental health. When friends, families, communities, and workplaces come together to talk, listen, and change lives. Why not share what your business does to support mental health and mention a local mental health support charity.

6-12 FEB - NETWORKING WEEK ????
#NetworkingWeek is all about getting out there and making connections. Find a local networking group and take the time to learn about the local businesses in your local area.

8 FEB - WORLD RADIO DAY ????
#WorldRadioDay celebrates radio broadcasting and encourages decision-makers to create and provide access to information through radio. Why not contact your local radio station to share a human-interest story about your business.

14 FEB - VALENTINE'S DAY ❤️
#ValentinesDay is a day to share your love for someone. Why not show appreciation in your workplace this year. Here are some ideas:
❤️ Host or order breakfast
❤️ Share goody bags full of healthy treats & sustainable company swag
❤️ Decorate the office/home office
❤️ Start late
❤️ Make charitable donations
❤️ Offer meditation or yoga
❤️ Set up an appreciation board to encourage peer recognition
❤️ Recognise great work publicly

17 FEB - RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS DAY ????
Surprise a supplier, client, customer, employee/s or boss with a handwritten positive affirmation/appreciation or treat from a local supplier. Share your RAK story using these hashtags: #MakeKindnessTheNorm #RandomActsofKindnessDay #RAKDay

20 FEB - LOVE YOUR PET DAY ????
#LoveYourPetDay is a chance to give love and attention to any pet in the house/office. Why not invite your employees to bring their pets to work or share a picture of the staff with their pets. Pet shop owners can prepare a day to celebrate and decorate the shop and hold a discount or promotion.

21-27 FEB - YOU CAN CARE WEEK ????
#YouCanCareWeek is all about shining a spotlight on the incredible people working in the care sector and encouraging others to join. The theme this year focuses on how people can bring their unique skills and personality traits. Why not highlight your care worker team profiling why they joined, what they do and what they get out of it.

22 FEB - WORLD THINKING DAY ????
#WorldThinkingDay is a day of friendship, sisterhood, and empowerment where Girl Scouts and Guides speak out on issues that affect girls and young women. The theme this year is 'Our World: Our Equal Future: The Environment and Gender Equality'.
